The hosts gave us excellent recommendations for taxi and private chef. The only thing is the wifi was a bit spotty. But other than that, no complaints. Would recommend!"

"We had a very nice stay overall. The Airbnb is beautiful, well designed, and located in a great area, which made our time in Tulum very enjoyable. There are a few small things that could potentially be improved to make the experience even better for guests. For example, having access to a washer and dryer would be very convenient for towels and clothing during longer stays. Aside from a few minor details, we really enjoyed the property and appreciated the overall atmosphere of the place."

The team was very accommodating, arranging a pre-arrival grocery shop, a mid-stay cleaning service, and even a last-minute late check-out due to our delayed flight. The house itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of space for both group gatherings and individual downtime. It also felt very secure, with a fully gated and wired perimeter. The true showstopper, though, was the massive front door — absolutely stunning! Highly recommend!"

"My family and I stayed at Casa Lancelot over Thanksgiving this year. There was 10 of us and this home exceeded our expectations! It's a piece of art, it's beautiful, easily could have accommodated 2-4 more if needed. It was such a pleasant surprise to arrive and see a villa unlike anything we have ever seen! We have lived in Tulum for several years and this is the first time we have seen a villa this nice. The owners were very attentive and responsive. A brand new paved road was just put in taking off 95% of the dirt roads. It's 100% safe in every way, close to the beach, clean, well taken care of, and we would 1000% stay here again!"
